What our recent projects show
Most of the bathrooms we remodel start with a specific problem — a dated tub nobody used, a leaking shower pan, a layout that no longer worked, or a step-over entry that had become hard to manage. Rather than sell a one-size-fits-all package, we plan each remodel around how the room is actually used and what the home needs in our Southwest Florida climate, where humidity, salt air, and storm season all affect materials and waterproofing.
